1. Agreement to these terms

By using this website or engaging Austin Stained Concrete Floors for work, you agree to these terms and to all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Services

Austin Stained Concrete Floors provides decorative concrete services, including:

• Polished Concrete

• Overlays & Microtoppings
• Patio Resurfacing
• Countertop Resurfacing
• Floor Restoration

Services are decorative. They do not constitute structural repair, and no decorative finish is offered or implied as a remedy for slab movement, settlement, or structural defects.

3. Quotes, pricing, and payment

All prices are quoted in US dollars and are based on the scope agreed in writing for your specific project. Quotes state inclusions, exclusions, and any minimum charge. Conditions discovered after work begins, such as unexpected residue, moisture, or slab damage, may change the scope. Where that happens we will tell you and agree the change before proceeding. Payment terms are confirmed at the time of booking.

4. Results and appearance

Decorative concrete finishes vary by nature. Reactive stains produce translucent, variegated colour that responds to the chemistry and condition of your slab. Samples and test areas indicate a realistic range; they are not exact-match guarantees. Existing slab characteristics such as cracks, patches, saw cuts, and porosity variation may remain visible in the finished floor, and this is an expected feature of the finish rather than a defect.

5. Site access and preparation

You agree to provide safe access to the work area, adequate power, and a space cleared of furniture and belongings unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. Drying and curing windows must be respected; returning items or traffic to a floor too early can damage the finish and is not covered by any warranty.

6. Scheduling and cancellation

Please give as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled start may be subject to a charge covering mobilisation and materials already committed. Weather can affect exterior work, and we will reschedule rather than apply a finish in conditions that will compromise it.

7. Warranty

Warranty terms for workmanship and materials are stated in your written quote and are specific to the system installed. Any warranty terms published on this website will appear only once they have been confirmed. Manufacturer warranties on products are provided by the manufacturer and subject to their own conditions, including maintenance requirements.

8. Maintenance

Maintenance guidance is provided for the specific system installed. Using unsuitable cleaners, abrasive equipment, or coatings from other suppliers can damage the finish and may void applicable warranty cover.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Austin Stained Concrete Floors is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or from the services provided.
